There are a number of different ways to save money in the kitchen, but one of the most valuable resources in the kitchen is leftovers. That's right, leftovers. I'm not saying you have to reheat last night's dinner and eat it the exact same way. In fact, I just can't do that. I have to turn the leftovers into a completely new meal. Instead of leftovers going to waste, I'm able to create brand new meals by simply adding a few more ingredients. It's an easy method that can save you hundreds of dollars each year.
